How we work
The MeshPilot agent.
MeshPilot is also the name of the AI marketing agent we built. It runs social media for our own brands and, with their approval, for our clients: it drafts on-brand posts and short videos, schedules them to connected accounts such as Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, and learns what works.
It runs a loop, not a checklist.

Looks up what it knows about the brand: voice, products, what worked before.

Picks the next piece of work, then checks it against the brand's rules.

Drafts the post, the image or the short video.

Publish
Schedules it to the connected accounts, only where publishing has been approved.

Learn
Records how it did, so the next post is better.
Nothing posts without approval
Every action passes a rules check first. Publishing for a client brand is off until the client says yes in writing.
Memory per brand
Each brand's facts, voice and history are kept separate and recalled when needed.
Learns from results
After each run it writes down what worked, so it improves over time.
Connected accounts and your data
- The agent only connects to accounts a brand owner authorises, such as YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.
- It uses that access only to create, schedule and publish the brand's own content.
- Access can be revoked at any time from the platform's own security settings.
