Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Mesh Pilot ("Mesh Pilot", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you join our waitlist or use our services. Mesh Pilot is an AI marketing agent that helps brands create and publish content across social platforms.

Information we collect

• Waitlist information. When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address.
• Contact and audit requests. When you request a call or an audit, we collect your name, business name and email address, and optionally your phone number, website and message.
• Call bookings. When you book a call through our scheduler, Cal.com (our scheduling provider) collects your name, email address and the time you choose, and shares them with us so we can hold the call.
• Account and connected-platform data. When you use the product, we process the credentials and content you connect — for example social accounts (Meta / Facebook / Instagram, YouTube), scheduling tools, and media sources — solely to operate the features you enable, on a per-brand basis.
• Content you provide or generate. Briefs, scripts, captions, and the images or videos generated for your brand.
• Usage and technical data. Basic logs and diagnostics needed to run and secure the service.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and improve the service you request.
• To generate and, when you explicitly enable it, publish content to your connected accounts.
• To communicate with you about the waitlist, updates, and support.
• To reply to your request and send you a quote. We only send you marketing emails if you opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To secure the service and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use data obtained from a platform's API for advertising or to build user profiles unrelated to the service you use.

Platform data (Meta, Google, and others)

When you connect a platform account (such as Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube), we access only the data and permissions required for the features you enable — for example, publishing a post you approve. We use that data solely to provide those features and retain it only as long as needed. You can disconnect an account at any time, and you may request deletion of associated data as described below.

YouTube API Services

Mesh Pilot uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel to Mesh Pilot you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and your YouTube data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

• What we access. With your permission (Google sign-in), we access your channel's basic details, the videos we upload for you and their status, and your channel's analytics (such as views, watch time and shares). We also read public video and channel information through the YouTube API to research content.
• How we use it. Only to upload and manage the videos you ask us to publish to your own channel, to check that they stay live and compliant, and to measure how they perform so we can improve future videos for you. We do not use YouTube data for advertising and do not combine it with data from unrelated sources.
• What we store. Your Google access tokens (encrypted at rest), the IDs and links of videos we published for you, and their performance numbers. We refresh or delete stored YouTube data at least every 30 days, except the IDs of videos we published.
• Sharing. We do not sell or share YouTube data with third parties. It is processed only by the service providers listed below, on our behalf.
• Your device. Mesh Pilot does not place, read or store cookies or other information on your device to use YouTube API Services.
• Revoking access. You can revoke Mesh Pilot's access to your YouTube data at any time on the Google security settings page. When you revoke access, or ask us by email, we delete the YouTube data we stored for your channel within 30 days.

Website analytics and advertising

meshpilot.app uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4, the Meta (Facebook) pixel, the X (Twitter) pixel, and two company-identification trackers, Apollo.io and Snitcher, which match a visit to the company network it came from. They set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser so we can count visits, see which pages are useful, and measure whether our ads lead to enquiries. When you send the contact form or book a call, we record that it happened and which form you used, but not your name, email or phone number.

Google, Meta, X, Apollo and Snitcher process this data under their own policies. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Meta ad settings.

Service providers

We rely on trusted third-party processors to run the service, including cloud hosting and storage, database, content-delivery, and AI media-generation providers. These providers process data only on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards.

Data retention & security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it. We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights — including removing your email from the waitlist or deleting connected-platform data — contact us at support@meshpilot.app.

Children

Mesh Pilot is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
