Missed-call text-back

An automatic text message sent to a caller shortly after their call goes unanswered, inviting them to continue by text.

When a call rings out or reaches voicemail, the phone system or CRM sends a short text from the business number, for example “Sorry we missed you, how can we help?”.

It keeps the conversation with your business instead of the next one on the caller's list. It is one of the cheapest automations a service business can add.
